- Your 14-day trial unlocks full Guru access — with a card on file but no charge during the trial. Subscribe only if you decide to keep going.
- What's the difference between Guru, Squad, and Enterprise?
- Guru (€99/month) is the individual on-ramp — graded sources, monitors, map, boolean search, and pulsEva inside your own tools. Squad (€999/month, 5 seats included) adds shared tradecraft: the running case file, standing collection, hypothesis testing, and reporting. Enterprise adds institutional depth on the same platform — collection planning, custom sources, interoperability, and governance — on custom terms.
- Can I pay annually?
- Not for new subscriptions right now — plans are billed monthly. If you already have an annual plan from before, it continues unchanged.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Anytime, from your subscription settings. You keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
- I'm on an older plan — what happens to it?
- Nothing. Plans we no longer sell are grandfathered: you keep your current plan and price for as long as you stay on it. Upgrading to Guru is always available and is a permanent change to the current price.
- How do I get Squad or Enterprise?
- Both are set up by our team. Use the card on this page to leave a work email and we'll reach out with next steps and a demo — Squad comes with 5 seats included; Enterprise is scoped per contract.
